Red Cabbage

Ingredients
1 medium head red cabbage cored and thinly sliced.25cup unpacked brown sugar1 cup cider vinegar2 medium apples cored, peeled and slicedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Slice cabbage and apples and put in large pot. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer until everything comes together. Add or reduce ingredients as per personal taste.
