2 chiken thighs1 small onion 1 small carrot 3 cloves of garlic 2tbs of hot pepper sauce 1 large tomato all purpos seasoning wedg of lemon ts of salt ts of pep and long grain white rice
mix hot pepper sauce and all pourpos seasoning lemon juce in a large mixing bowl chop onion garlic add to bowl mix chiken then leave to maranate whelst u chop tomatos carrots then add them mix all togheter then into oven tray 220c for 45 min keep looking and then cook rice in a pan add salt pep till cookt then serve lovely
