"Chocolate Brownie" Protein Oats

Ingredients
1/3 c. dry oats1 ripe and well mashed banana1 heaping scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder ( I use Kroger Whey and Soy Protein in Chocolate)1 tbsp. agavePinch of stevia (more or less depending on your taste)
Directions
Mix together all ingredients and freeze/refrigerate for 6 -24 hours. (It doesn't get frozen in the freezer..it just gets a nice thick consistency)

    The recommended protein powder is not vegan, whey powder is a byproduct of milk. Try one of Vega's products. I use the Choco-lotta Shake and Go Smoothie Mix - 3/3/12
