Better Than FullBars

Ingredients
1 tsp. almond extract1/4 c. coconut oil1/2 c. honey1/2 c. whole psyllium husks1/3 c. Kellogg's All Brand Buds1 c. brown rice syrup1 c. slivered almonds7 c. Cheerios cereal
Directions
1) Melt coconut oil over medium heat.

2) Add syrup & honey and bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Mixture will bubble, so give it a pan with a little bit of room.

3) Toss together dry ingredients in a bowl with enough room to mix the ingredients comfortably.

4) Add the almond extract to the hot syrups and mix well. Pour slowly over the dry mix as you toss with a spatula.

5) When the syrup is fully added, mix until the recipe looks uniform and press into a greased 9"x12" cake pan.

6) Allow to cool and set before cutting into 24 1"x4.5" bars.
