Italian Chicken and noodles

Ingredients
1 small box of Healthy Harvest Rotini12 small green olives (minced)1/2 medium white onion (minced)1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes1 can of white chicken in water (drained)1 tbsp Rosemary2 tsp Garlic powder*salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Put water on to boil for the noodles. (I also seasoned the water with garlic powder and rosemary). Once at a roiling boil add noodles and cook til al dente.
2. Mince the olives and onions in a food processor, and put them in a skillet on medium high heat. Let cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add the tomatoes and let it cook for another minute.
4 Add the chicken, rosemary and garlic. Also salt and pepper to taste. Let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Serves 4.
