3/4 cup all-purpose flour2 Tbsp plus 1/4 tsp sugar1/4 tsp salt3 Tbsp margarine1/4 tsp cinnamon3 small apples, peeled & thinly sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix flour w 1/4 tsp sugar and salt.

Cut margarine into flour mixture w fork until flour is the consistency of cornmeal. Mix with 2-3 tablespoons cold water until dough forms a ball. A little drier is better than a little sticky. You can make dough up to 24 hours ahead of time just wrap in plastic and refrigerate until you need it.

Divide dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten to about 5 inch round circle. Place discs on top of baking sheet a few inches apart.

Combine remaining sugar & cinnamon. Arrange apple slices on top of discs, overlapping and fanning them to make a flower shape. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar mix.

Bake until crust is browned. 35-40 minutes. Serve warm or room temp.
