Bran Muffin

Ingredients
3/4 c plain non fat yogurt1 large egg beaten1/4 c applesauce11/2 cup raisin bran cereal1 cup all purpose flour1/3 sup sugar3 T splenda for baking2 t baking powder1/2 t cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare muffin pan, spray w/ non stick. Makes 12 muffins...

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, egg and applesauce, stir well. Add the 11/2 c of raisin bran. Let sit 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients.
Add the dry to the wet and stir till combined. Fill muffin tins evenly. Bake approximately 20 minutes, test with a toothpick, serve warm. Enjoy
