Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
2 Frozen Pie Crusts6 Eggs2 Cups half and half2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese2 Cups spinachSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Spread shredded cheese on pie crusts. Sprinkle spinach over the cheese. Whip eggs and half and half, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour egg mixture over cheese and spinach. Bake for 45 minutes or until done at 400 degrees. Options: Garlic salt for extra flavor; sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
