3 cup sliced Mangos1/2 cup raisins1 cup cider vinegar3/4 cup splenda3/4 cup sugar2 tbs ginger chunks2 cloves garlic minced
Directions
boil vinegar and sugar
add remaining ingredients
cook slow for 2 hrs
add to steralized jars, cap tightly
