Easy Quiche

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup 1% milk4 eggs3/4 cup Heart Smart Bisquick1/4 cup butter, softened or melted1 cup grated Parmesan cheese10 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained3/4 cup chopped onion (sauted in nonstick spray until limp)1 cup cubed cooked ham1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Layer ham, spinach, onion and cheeses in large pan. Beat milk, eggs, mix and melted butter and poor over dish. Bake for 50 minutes or until eggs are set and top is golden

    too many calories for a small serving and too much sodium for me but it sounds delicious. I know quiche is not low calorie. - 1/19/10

    I just now read this and had to comment. The sodium as calculated is 772.6 mg. According to A.M.A. the recommended daily sodium limit should be less than 2300 mg - so if this is one of your meals, it comes in at less than a third. Also, cooked this in a 9 x 13 pan, so serving size is adequate.
