Turkey with White Sauce

1 pound Ground Turkey 93% Lean1 box of Penne RigateWhite Sauce:4 TBSP Butter (unsalted will lower the sodium level)2 Cups Milk4 TBSP Flour
Boil the Penne Rigate according to package instructions.
Brown the ground turkey over medium heat. You can add seasoning to taste, or leave plain.
White Sauce:
In a medium sauce pan add butter and milk. Once butter is melted whisk in the flour and remove from heat. For flavoring you can add Garlic or Onion, or your favorite spice.
To Serve:
Mix White Sauce, Meat and Penne Rigate in a bowl making sure everything is covered by white sauce.
This makes 8 servings.
