White Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 can of Beans, Cannellini (3.5 cup) 1 tsp Olive Oil,2 Tbsp Lemon juice5 cloves of Garlic (originally called for 2)1 tsp dried oreganoSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Whir everything together in a blender.

Makes eight servings (2 tablespoons each).

Serve with crudites, chips, etc. (Similar to hummus.)

    I think it was a liiiiiiittle too much garlic, but I used some pretty large cloves. I think I might try roasting the garlic next time... - 5/26/10
