Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon1/4 cup whole wheat panko1/4 cup egg substitute1/4 cup chopped onions2 tbspns choppped celery2 tbspns chopped red pepper1 tspn nonpareil capers1 tbspns low fat mayonnaise1 tspn horseradish1/2 tspn salt1/2 tspn pepperdash tabasco1 tbspn canola
Directions
Drain salmon, crush salmon, including soft bones. Preheat oil in a skillet.

Add all ingredients to salmon and gently toss. Form into 6 patties; fry until brown, about 3 minutes on each side
