Ingredients
Add grape-nuts,peanut butter then hot choc mix{ DRY} {sub SHAKE MIX if you can find a low cal one}, add WATER only to moisten, may take 2-4 TBLS. {you can sub the nutty peanut butter instead} after mixed roll into a LOG, wrap in tin foil and freeze. 10 mins. or so before eating remove from freezer{I LIKE TO EAT MINE FROZEN takes longer} ENJOY

Makes 6 small logs or for a fast lunch one large and keeps well at work. {COOKING TIME=FREEZER TIME} WILL KEEP LONGER
