Spanish Skillet Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (I cooked ours in the same skillet used for the recipe~3-4 carrots grated in blender=~1 cupchopped red onionOrtega Mild Salsa Thick n' Chunky1 can black beans (12oz)
Directions
Cut cooked chicken into cubes. Return to skillet. Add Olive Oil. Add carrots (grated in blender) and chopped red onions to skillet. Saute. Add black beans and salsa. Heat through
