1 or 2 large tomatoesabout 1/4 cup italian breadcrumbsabout 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Slice tomatoes into whatever thickness you'd like. Dip both sides of each tomato slice into italian breadcrumbs. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle a little of the shredded mozzarella cheese on each slice. Bake or Broil until cheese is melted. Serve warm for a healthy snack or appetizer! Makes 2 servings.
