Warm Green Beans and Grape Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil (extra virgin is best)1 small onion, sliced2 tsp minced garlic1 cup green beans (cut to 1 inch length)1 cup grape tomatoessalt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Steam green beans to soften just a bit.
Heat Oil.
Quickly fry onion and garlic till translucent
Add beans and tomatoes and fry for 1 minute.
Season with Salt and Pepper.

Serve warm.
