16 oz Ground Turkey Breast2 10 oz. cans Rotel original diced tomatoes & green chilies1 large onion chopped1 large red pepper choppedminced garlic - to taste cilantro to tastered pepper if you want it extra spicy4 Flat Out Light Sundried Tomato wrapMakes 4 very large servings
cook turkey breast in pan with pam until done
add onion and pepper and continue to cook until soft
add Mrs. Dash Siesta Lime,cilantro,dash of red pepper if you like it hot and minced garlic and let simmer to let spices blend.
Warm wrap and add finished turkey with 2-3 tablespoons of your favorite salsa. Roll into wrap and If you like you may

NOLABUCKEYE
Directions say to add Mrs. Dash Siesta Lime, but it isn't in the list of ingredients. Also, you list Rotel tomatoes & green Chilies, but they aren't mentioned in the directions. I made this with the ingredients listed, plus spinach, but without red pepper for spice, and it was very good. - 9/1/10
