2 c. blueberries (1 pint)1/2 c. Smart Balance Buttery Spread3/4 c. flour (could use blend of wheat and white)3/4 c. skim milk1/2 tsp. baking soda1 Tbsp. ground flax seed1 c. sucralose (like splenda)
6 servings. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Recommend using a bit of flour to dust fruits to prevent their clumping together. Melt margarine in baking dish. I used 10 x 5 (approx) glass dish and melted margarine in microwave. Mix ingredients other than fruit and pour over margarine. DO NOT STIR. Scatter fruit over top. DO NOT STIR. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.
