mamaCD's Berries & Cream

Ingredients
1/2 cup Source yogurt, (sweetened with Splenda)1/2 cup mixed berries, (previously frozen are fine)1tbsp whipped cream
Directions
1. take a nice glass
2. place half of the yogurt on bottom (or cottage cheese, or low carb icecream)
3. layer with 1/2 of the berries
4. then repeat layer
5. top off with 1 tbsp whipped cream (or Cool Whip) if desired

Makes 1 serving. Multiply recipe by the number of guests that you have and everyone can enjoy a pleasant dessert or snack.
