Beef Fajitas

Ingredients
Flank Steak, 1 lb.bell peppers, 1 cup choppedonion, 1/2 cup choppedtomato sauce, 1/2 cupjalepeno pepper, 1 slicedbanana pepper, 1 slicedwater, 1/2 cup flour tortillas, 12 6-inch
Directions
Rub flank steak with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Place in slow cooker with tomato sauce, water, jalapeno pepper and banana pepper. Cook for 8-10 hours on low.

Warm tortillas per package instructions and shred steak. Wrap steak and chopped bell peppers and onions in tortillas. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese and chopped tomatos if desired. (Be sure to add nutritional info for extra ingredients)
