penne pasta with spinach

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter split2 servings of penne rigate pasta2 tbsp of flour1 1/4 cup of milk162 grmas of spinanch1/4 cup parmasean cheese, grated
Directions
Boil and drain spinanch. Cook pasta al dente. In a large melt the butter, wisk in flour to make a rue. Let it cook for about 30 seconds, than wisk in milk. Stir untill thinkin and bubley and than add parmasean cheese, than salt and pepper to taste. Drain pasta, add tablespoon of butter to the pasta and combine spinanch, pasta and sauce together. Put in a small 2qt baking dish and put under the broiler untill browned.
