400g chickpeas (14 oz can)4 T. water2 T. tahini (sesame paste)2 T. olive oil1 medium sized garlic clovejuice of half of lemonsalt to taste
Directions
rinse beans and drain. Add all ingredients in a small food processor, and pulse until smooth. Makes four servings.
