Tuna Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
Tuna 1 canmushrooms 1 canonion 1/4 c. choppedgreen pepper 1/4 c. choppedtomato sauce 1/3 c.garlic powder 1 tsp.salt dashpepper dashCabbot light 50% fat removed pepper jack cheese
Directions
chop onion, and green pepper put in a sauce pan on medium heat with mushroom and the water from mushroom can. Saute until mushroom juice is gone. Add tuna fish and tomato sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook until sauce is warmed through. Take off of heat and add 2 oz. of low fat pepper jack cheese. Stir until cheese is melted or put back on heat until cheese is melted.

This is what I put on top of baked potatoes. Just delicious.
