Ingredients
1 pound 12 ounces 93% Lean Ground Beef.25 Cup Chopped Onion1 14.5 ounce Can each of the following Del Monte or your favorite brand:Mixed VegetablesSliced CarrotsWhole Kernel CornCut Green BeansWhole New Potatoes Cut into pieces8 ounces Frozen Peas & CarrotsSalt & Pepper to taste (any other seasoning you like)2 Packages Knorr Classic Brown Gravy Mix
Directions
In Dutch Oven Pan Sprayed with Canola Oil Spray Saute onions in broth or Juice from canned veggies.

Brown Ground Beef with Onions.

Add Frozen Peas & Carrots Juice From one of the Cans of veggies bring to a boil

Reserve 3 cups juice from Veggies

Then add rest of Veggies and any juice remaining to pan with Hamburger mixture. Bring to a boil.

Mix reserved juice & Brown gravy mix Stir into Hamburger mixture
