Reduced Fat Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups Splenda1-3/4 white wheat flour3/4 cup baking cocoa1-1/2 tsp baking powder1-1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt2 eggs1 cup milk (I used 1%)1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tins with non stick cooking spray or line with muffin wrappers.

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add to wet ingredients and blend 2 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes.

For a more rich chocolate flavor I added 5 toll house chocolate chips to each muffin. It only adds about 12 calories per muffin.
