Ingredients
sugar free lemon iced tea mix cup of soy milk, pinch or two of pumpkin pie spice to taste.
Directions
mix cup of iced tea (I use sugar free lemon flavored ice tea mix but you could use any kind) with one cup of soy milk, add pumpkin pie spice to taste. Can be mixed with a spoon or in a blender; blender makes it nice and frothy
