Chocolate Coconut Balls

Ingredients
4 oz Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Squares2 tsp vanilla extract2 tbsp butter3 cups graham cracker crumbs1 can (300 ml) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk1 cup sweetened fine coconut
Directions
Makes approx. 100 tsp-sized balls

Melt the chocolate and butter in a large saucepan. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and Eagle Brand milk. Gradually add the graham crumbs and mix well. Roll teaspoon sized portions into balls and roll in coconut.

Place on a plate and shill in the fridge or freezer. These taste best if left in the fridge until immed. before serving.
