My Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients
12 oz Broccoli (I buy the fresh prepackaged broccoli)3 oz matchstick carrots1 cup green peppers cut in strips3-4 cup onions cut in strips1 cup snow peas2 cups sliced mushrooms 16 oz shrimp8 tbsps General Tso Sauce
Directions
Spray a pan with pam. Add broccoli and carrots. Saute about five minutes. Add green peppers, onion and peas. Saute another 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and shrimp and cook until shrimp was done. Shimp is usually done when it turns opaque and curls into a c shape. Add tso sauce last few minutes.
