Peal potatoes and dice into small cubes
Same with zuchinni and onions.
Add butter to a large sauce pan and stir fry for 10 minutes. Add stock and mushrooms. Add more water if need to cover the veg in the pot. Turn down to low and wait until the veg has gone soft . Then put in blender add a little milk if needed to make it less thick. Add salt and pepper to your likeing.
