Blackberry Bread Pudding

Ingredients
6 Whole Wheat Sandwhich Rolls1 tsp Vanilla3 lg slightly beaten eggs1.2 c. Flour1 1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. butter (room temp.)1 c. frozen Blackberries
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish tear up the rolls and make sure they lay evenly across the bottom of the pan. Then sprinkle the blackberries on top and set aside. In a lg bowl mix together the vanilla, eggs, flour, sugar, and butter until it makes a creamy mixture. Pour over the bread and berries and bake for 45 min to 1 hour or until the mix is bubbling. Serves 15.

Eat warm with ice cream or cool whip. (Not included in nutritional facts)
