Baked Tofu Sticks

Ingredients
1 cake extra firm tofu, drained and pressed3 T soy sauce1 T rice vinegar1 garlic clove, minced1 1/2 C bread crumbs1 T dried parsley1-2 t Old Bay1/2 t salt1/2 t pepper3 T while flour6 T cold water
Directions
Cut tofu into 16 long rectangles. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic. Marinate tofu in mixture for 30 minutes, turning half way.
Preheat oven to 400. Lightly spray a clear baking dish.
In one shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs and spices. In another shallow bowl mix foulr and water until smooth. Dip each tofu stick in the flour mixture, then the bread crumb mixture. Arrange tofu sticks so they aren't touching. Bake for about 30 minutes, until crisp and hot.
