Salsa Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 Bag Minute white rice, cooked1 can black beans1/2 cup salsa4 egg whites1/4 tsp. chili powder1/4 tsp. cuminSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Boil water and cook rice for 5 minutes (according to package), or cook 1 cup regular white rice

Beat 4 egg whites and 1/4 cup salsa together and add to hot non-stick skillet. Cook on med-high heat, scrambling frequently.

Drain liquid off top of canned beans and add to pan when egg is mostly cooked. Add seasoning and the rest of the salsa.

Mix in rice and serve. Serves 4.
