Steak-Um/Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 Cup, Chicken Broth2 Cups, Water2 Cups, White Rice, long grain2 Tbsp, LAWRY'S BAJA CHIPOTLE MARINADE2 Tbsp, Olive Oil2 boneless and skinless Chicken Breast, diced1 Large Red Peppers, sliced2 servings, Steak Um or steak sandwich meat, diced
Directions
If using a rice cooker, combine water, chicken broth, marinade and rice. Follow rice cooking instructions.

In skillet, heat olive oil. Add red pepper and stir until peppers begins to get soft. Add chicken cook to almost done, then add steak meat. Cook together thoroughly. Remove from heat. Serve over rice.

Serving: 1/4 cooked rice, 1/4 meat mixture
