24 ounces lean venison-no fat12 ounces top sirloin, all fat cut out4 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons minced garlic2 tablespoon olive oil1 cup chopped onion
place liquid ingredients in gallon sized ziploc bag, add cut up meat and marinde for 30 minutes, turning often/. spray pan with non stick spray, cook onions until slightly tender, add meat and cook until done.
