Seafood Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 cup Brown Rice (Precooked)1/2 cup Chopped Onions1/2 cup Chopped Peppers2 oz Chopped Mushrooms (by weight)8 oz Chopped Immitation Lobster Meat (by weight)4 tbl Stir Fry Sauce2 tbl Butter
Directions
Add stir fry sauce to frying pan. Add onions, peppers and mushrooms. Saute lightly till just starting to cook. Add chopped lobster meat. When heated halfway though add rice. Top with butter and allow to melt into rice. Stir well and serve.
