Cinnamon Raisin Quick Bread

1 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup rolled oats1/3 cup sugar1 tbsp. baking powder2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. salt1 cup 2% milk1/3 cup plain, low or nonfat yogurt1 egg2 tbsp. canola oil1/2 cup raisins
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the dry ingredients and set aside.
Whisk together the milk, yogurt, egg, and oil together and then add to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Stir in the raisins.
Bake in a greased 9x5 loaf pan 35-40 minutes or until the bread tests done.
Yield: 12 slices.
