Jolene's Ground Turkey Enchiladas

Ingredients
20 oz lean ground turkey1/2 of a white onion, chopped1 28 oz can Enchilada sauce1 8 oz package shredded low fat cheddar cheese6 whole wheat tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown onion and ground turkey.
Add one cup enchilada sauce and one cup cheese to onion and ground turkey.
Put 1/2 cup sauce on bottom of 9x13 inch pan.
Put 1/6 of the sauce into each tortilla, roll, and place in pan seam side down.
When all enchiladas are in the pan, top with remaining sauce and then cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Makes 6 servings.
