Low Sodium New England Clam Chowder

Ingredients
2 CUPS Skim Milk2 CUPS 1% Milk2 TBSP BUTTER3 MED. POTATOS1 MED. YELLOW ONION1 BAG OF FROZEN SWEET CORN16 OZ OF FRESH CLAMS IN JUICE2 CELERY STALKS
Directions
In a crockpot, put skim milk, 1% milk, butter, and fresh clams and juice.

Dice up the potatos, onion and celery. Add to the crock pot.

Let cook 2-3 hours on high; 4-6 hours on low. Onions should be soft and potato should be tender.

MAKE 10- 1 CUP SERVINGS.
