Norwegian Salmon Soup (Lakesuppe)

Ingredients
1.5 cups cubed Potatoes1 cup Carrot slices1/2 cup chopped Green Pepper1/3 cup chopped onions1/4 cup Butter1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper1/8 teaspoon ground Thyme3 cups Milk1 (16 ounce) can Tomatoes1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Cream of Celery soup1 (16 ounce) can Salmon
Directions
Saute the potatoes, carrots and green peppers in butter for about 10 minutes in a large saucepan, stirring frequently.

Add tomatoes and seasonings.

Cover and Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Stir in Soup and Milk.

Add drained flaked Salmon.

Bring to serving temperature over low heat...Do Not Boil.
