Kat's Quick Chicken Cacciatore

2.65 lb Chicken breast, boneless & skinless 2C of Del Monte Greenpepper & Mushroom spaghetti sauce1/2C onion, chopped1T light olive oil
Pour olive oil into skillet and add chicken to saute over medium-high heat.
When chicken is almost finished cooking add oinions and cook about 5 minutes, then add spaghetti sauce.
Simmer until you have the consistency you desire. I find that 5 minutes is enough for me!
Quick Tip:
Cut your chicken into small pieces for quicker cooking :)
Makes 5-1 cup servings
***This was an experiment & not as low carb/fat/cal as I wanted, but I'm sure you can find substitutions to reduce the cal/fat/carbs.
