Vanilla Slimfast Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla slimfast powder1/4 - 1/2 frozen blueberries, unsweetened1 Tbsp sunflower seeds, no salt1 Tbsp ground flax seed1 cup milk (skim if you want but I prefer 1%)1 oz liquid calcium supplementIce to fill blender
Directions
I start with the seeds, flax and powder at the bottom. Then add the blueberries (or any frozen fruit). Add ice, then the liquids to the top of the blender. Fill with milk (usually about 1 cup). Bend till smooth. Sometimes I have to remove the lid and stir and reblend - depending on how frozen the mixture is. I have a small blender (for smoothies) not a large blender. It will be frozen enough to eat with a spoon.
