Ingredients
3 large skinless boneless chicken breastsone head lettucebottle of good seasons asian sesame dressingchow mein crunchy noodlesshredded carrots2 tbs olive oil3 cloves pressed garlic
Directions
cut chicken breasts into strips and marinate in a mixure of the soy sauce ,balsamic vinegar and the garlic. Shred the head of lettuce and carrots for salad.Cook the chicken in 2 tbs. olive oil until done about 5 minutes. add the chicken, the chow mein noodles and the dressing to the salad and carrots.
