Momma Chang's Banana Bread

Ingredients
3/4 cps sugar1 stick margarine or butter,(unsalted)1 egg3 ripe bananas1 1/2 cps flour1 tSp salt1 tSp baking soda1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips**optional 1cp walnuts or pecans chopped9 5/8 x 5 1/2 loaf pan
Directions
Cream sugar and butter together. Add egg and bananas. Mix, then add flour,salt,and baking soda. Finally add chocolate chips (mini morsels are great with this). Bake in agreased loaf pan for 1 hour, or until dry when tested.
** double the recipe for baking in a bundt pan.
***if using 8x3 3/4 loaf pan, double recipe. This will make three loaves.
***NOTE--- The calorie intake is based on how thick or thin you cut the slices. if you can get more, than great! ;)
