Ingredients
12oz Dole Frozen Raspberries1 Cup Skim Milk2 Servings Fiber One Vanilla Yougart2 Cups Water1 Egg White1 tsp. Vanilla Extract10 pks Sweet'n low10 Ice Cubes
Directions
Put in blender: Milk, Watter, Egg White, Yougart, Sweet'n low, and vanilla blend on high until well blended then add raspberries continue to blend add ice cubes until thickness you want.
