Crock pot curried salsa turkey

Ingredients
Directions
Turkey breast -- 1.5 lbsSalsa -- any brand/flavor, 2-3 cups (1 - 1 1/2 jars)Onion -- 1 whole, choppedCurry powder -- 2 T
Cut turkey breast into large chunks.
Chop onion.
Put all ingredients into crock pot.
Cook on low for 4-8 hrs.
Note: If this is not moist enough, try adding some chicken broth.
Optional additions: 1 cup frozen peas; 1-2 chopped potatoes. Other vegetables as desired.
Serving options: Top with yogurt, peanuts, raisins. Serve over rice, quinoa, or couscous.
Note: Sodium content is high because of salsa, however this varies with the brand of salsa you use.
