Low Carb Veggie Bacon Cheese Omlet

Ingredients
* Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped ) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced * Feta Cheese, Reduced Fat, 0.25 cup * *Oscar Meyer Pre-Cooked Bacon, .23 serving
Directions
Over warm heat, spray skillet with non-stick spray. Throw in peppers and onions and saute for a few moments. Crumble two pieces of bacon (or leave out if you want less calories or are anti-pork). Pour in 1/2 of the egg beater mixture and mix with ingredients. Add tomato's and feta cheese and the other half of egg beaters.

Cook stirring occasionally until done.
