Parmesan panko pork chops

Ingredients
2 pork chops1 tbsp EVOO1/2 to 1 cup Panko bread crumbs1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese1 teaspoon each dried parsley, oregano, rosemary and garlic powder1 egg, scrambled.
Directions
Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet

In a pie plate, mix together panko, spices, and cheese.

Dip chops in egg, and then coat with panko mixture.

Pan fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
