Melt butter in large microwaveable bowl. Toss marshmallows to coat. Microwave for about 2 minutes...stirring after 1 minute. Line 13x9 pan with aluminum foil and/or parchment paper to prevent sticking. Press into pan with a piece of parchment paper. Let stand about an hour. Slice and serve.
