Ichiban Noodle Salad

Ingredients
1 pacakge of Ichiban Noodles (beef flavour) - you can use any brand.1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoons of White Vinegar0.5 tablespoons of Sugar (Or Splenda to lower the calories even further!)0.5 tablespoons of Soya SauceRed Pepper (sliced thinly)Carrot (sliced thinly)Green Onion (finely chopped)The amount of the veggies used is up to you, for this recipe I used about 1/2 of each, but the more the merrier!
Directions
Cook noodles, as per package. Do not add veggies, only beef flavouring.

Drain noodles.

Add all oher ingredients.

Allow to cool in the fridge, for about 20-30 minutes. The temperature preference is up to you, but I like mine really cold!
